We would like you to be completely satisfied with your Muckross Pottery purchase. If for any reason your purchase fails to meet your expectation we will gladly accept returns of Muckross Pottery products in their original condition up to 30 days from the time of purchase.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, we can organise a refund on any merchandise that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. Please note that the return delivery cost must be paid by the customer. We can advise you on this.
If you desire a refund, your original purchase must be captured under your customer account or you must have the original sales receipt present at the time or return. To receive credit to a credit card; the original card that was used for purchase must be present at time of return.
If your items are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 10 working days for a refund, exchange or credit note for our shop.
Should you wish to return an item received as a gift, we will gladly either replace it for another item or issue a credit note for our website worth the value of the item on the date of return.
Please note that all Seconds, Sales and Personalised items are considered final sale and not elegible for refunds or exchanges.
