Last
Wednesday my class and I went to Muckross. We went on the bus.
At first we went to a big house. The lady of the house was there.
There was a big fire lighting there. I saw a pig's head in the
house. There was a goose and a chicken outside.
In
the second house the lady of the house was making bread and toast.
I ate br
ead, butter and jam. I enjoyed it very much. We saw the
finest plates and cups on the dresser.
Jimmy
Crowley was in the third house. He was singing and playing music.
I enjoyed it very much. There was a turkey, a horse, a pig, a
cow and a goat outside.
In
the fourth house my grandmother was making butter. We helped her.
We had a wonderful day.
